How to play

The basics

Guesses are unlimited and there is no game over: your score is how many tries it took. Answers roll over at local midnight. Your progress lives in your browser, so you can close the tab and come back later the same day without losing it. After enough wrong guesses a discreet button offers a first-letter hint: it never appears on its own, you have to ask for it.

Legend

1. Guess today's Apex Legends Legend by typing a name in the search bar.
2. Each guess shows 6 cells comparing its attributes to the target Legend: class, gender, homeworld, age, type and release year.
3. Green = match. Orange = close (homeworld only: same star system). Red = different.
4. Age and year cells show an arrow ↑ or ↓ indicating whether the target value is higher or lower.
5. A new Legend every day at midnight. No guess limit: your score is the number of tries.

Silhouette

1. Guess today's Legend by typing a name in the search bar.
2. The Legend starts as a dark, blurred shadow. Each wrong guess lifts the blur and the darkness, bit by bit.

Streaks and tiers

Winning at least one mode in a day grows your streak. It carries you up the tiers, from Bronze to Apex Predator, each split into four divisions. Miss a day and the streak resets, unless you have a freeze in stock: you earn one every seven consecutive days. If you missed only yesterday, the archive lets you play that day and rescue the streak.

With friends

Two ways to play together, both without an account. Groups are private: share a code, and everyone sees who solved which mode that day, with a streak shared by the group. Private matches are races for 1 to 8 players over a seeded sequence of modes, and the podium goes by total guesses.
